Terms of Service
Welcome to "Chinese Crossword" (「中文填字」, the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Virtual Coins
- Coins and other virtual items in the App may only be used within the App, to unlock levels, hints, and similar features.
- Virtual coins cannot be redeemed for cash or other items of value, cannot be transferred to another user or account, and cannot be traded or circulated outside the App.
- Uninstalling the App will erase the coin balance stored on that device; we do not offer a way to recover coin balances across devices or reinstalls.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Paid items in the App are purchased through Apple App Store / Google Play's official in-app purchase channels; the transaction and billing are handled by Apple / Google. Refund requests should be made directly to the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies and processes; we are not able to issue refunds directly.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page and will be noted in the app's release notes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the law of the operator's place of business. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement shall prevail, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
